1. Crop your image. Here's mine:


2. I usually add a Curves layer to make my images a bit lighter. I prefer it than the screen layer.  
These are the settings:

1ST POINT: 135/153



3. Add a Selective Colouring layer with these:

REDS: -100/-2/-39/11
MAGENTAS: 0/0/0/100
BLACKS: 100/100/100/100



4. Add another Selective Colouring layer:

REDS: 100/42/0/0
NEUTRALS: 0/-6/-39/6
