Some photos taken at Colossalcon this summer of my updated Ashley cosplay, complete with a brand new wig! :) I think it looks a million times better than my old one! Photography courtesy of my dear friend AndraiaTower (Amanda).

Photos after the cut!

Hey :] You did an awesome job on the costume! Got all the details exactly. I was wondering, how did you make the boot covers? Was there a certain design layout for them?

That is really creative :] I'm actually trying to make the costume as well but it's proving to be a little more difficult than I thought. But you're an inspiration and I can see that it can be accomplished. I might as well make the boot covers myself too and thanks for your help :]

No problem! Aw, I'm so happy that my cosplay inspired you! That makes me really glad! Ashley is a really fun costume, I wish you luck with yours! I'd love to see it when it's done ^_^

What else are you having difficulty with, or is it mainly the boot covers? I'm willing to offer advice in any way that I can! XD

Yay thanks :] I'll try to get pictures. I kinda have it all figured out. I just have to go to the thrift store and see if I can pick out some of the cloths. The sweater worries me a bit hahaha.

Oh yes, thrift stores are definitely your best friend when it comes to this outfit! By some odd stroke of luck, I found the turtleneck, the brown sweater and the skirt all in one week at my local thrift store. I had to modify them because they were slightly too large, but it definitely is possible to find something like hers! Ebay is also a good option if thrift stores don't work out :)
