Okinawa~!
I hadn't realized how much I missed home until I got here~! It's been great, seeing family, friends, sights, vising my favorite beaches, and best of all it's nice and warm~! I can wear my shorts again. Went harpoon fishing for what feels like the first time in ages. Sure it's a different atmosphere than busy Tokyo, but it's home.
Reminds me that I know all the great places around here, but there are so many in Tokyo that I don't know how to weed through them. If anyone knows good shopping or clubbing places, please share~! Hairdressers, too, I found a really nice salon in Harajuku but they're a little expensive considering I like to get my hair re-dyed about once a week. Looking for someplace that I can trust with my hair. Salons that don't do a lot of bleaching tend to do it wrong and fry my hair badly.
