woot!
So I have been having a really crappy couple of weeks. Nevin has also been having a tough time. And none of this is our fault. Outside effects have been raining down upon us. So nevin has been trying really hard to cheer me up. He has made me many delicious dinners. We have had steak and pot roast and all kinds of other goodies. I have made him stop making me chocolate things with hot chocolate topping and fresh strawberries though. All of course made from scratch. My pants were getting kinda tight. I knew he was planning something to cheer me up but i had no idea what. Well a couple of weeks ago nevin and I were somewhere. I don't remember where we were. And I passed a window with jewelery in it. I saw this really pretty ring with blue stones. I commented on how pretty the sapphires were. Nevin came over to look at it to and after reading the description we found out tthat they were blue diamonds. I had no idea that there was such a thing! Did anybody else know or am I just tarded? Anywho so I said it was pretty and we went on with our day. Then I had a really shitty couple of weeks. Nevin as I said before was not having the best time either, but he remained supportive of me. I know that sometimes I lost my temper with him when he did nothing wrong. And he has had to endure me bitching and moaning about everything. He just sits there and listens to me and hugs me when I'm finished. So I noticed him sneaking around a little bit and I figured he was up to something. Well today he surprised me with it. He sat down next to me in the chair and he had a small box in his hands. He held it out to me and i opened it. It was the ring with the blue diamonds!!! He said that he knows I already have an engagment ring but with all of the stuff we have been going through lately that he just wanted me to know that he is still thrilled to be marrying me and he wants to spend the rest of forever with me. I thought that was sooooooooooooo sweet!!!!!! So now I have two engagment rings. I think I will wear one on one hand and one on the other. LOL. I wonder if this has happened before or if I can go down in the guiness book of world records for being the first woman to get two engagement rings from the same man. I love you nevin! I would love you even if you didn't try to buy me everything I want, LOL. But I'm glad you got me the ring! I love it! I love both of them. They are both special to me. I think I'm going to have a hard time explaining having two engagment rings though. I guess I will just say my fiancee decided I needed two. i guess that would be the shortest easiest answer. WOOT!
