I got up about 3 1/2 hours later...  Had a shower in my sinking bathroom and went into the other's rooms once I'd texted them to see if they were awake.  Me and Mully were ready first again so we headed down to Leidesplein to meet Maria and Carl and Jo.  I was sure I spotted Nick walking down the edge of the square, so I pointed him out to the others, they all saw him.  Then a few minutes later he walked back in the opposite direction.  He got collared by Bob on his return journey so as he stood chatting to Bob we were in the background taking the piss.  Joking about how Nick was gonna wander up and down until we would run up to him.  We were laughing about how each time he'd walk past he'd get more and more noticeable each time by holding a banner saying "Nick's here" and then graduating to a neon sign advertising himself whilst shouting "its Nick Kaiser Chief"  We also took the piss out of the previous night's air drumming and pouting that he did.  Then we saw him and Bob waving at us... They must have heard us.  :P  We asked Bob to come to the zoo with us but he wouldn't because he doesn't like eels (so I took a photo of one especially for him but forgot to show it to him)

I decided that I wanted something to eat for breakfast and saw the Haagen Daas shop on the edge of Leidesplein.  Me and Mully marched over only to find it didn't open til 12pm so we camped outside waiting for it to open.  Whilst we were waiting, Maria went over to Nick and checked that me and Sarah were on the guestlist for tonight.  He made a note of it (he'd obviously forgotten so thank you Maria).  Haagen Daas finally opened and I got my ice cream!  One scoop of chocolate cookies and one scoop of tiramasu with this chocolate sauce on top that hardened when it got cold.  It was heaven in a cup!  Moo and Sarah joined us and they got ice cream too.  Felt a bit sick after eating my ice cream but it was definately worth it.

We went to get the tram to the zoo and after a few minor hiccups we eventually got there.  I realised that I'd forgotten to take Ricky's mic cover out of my bag so me and Mully took it around the zoo:

When we left the reptile bit we saw an empty turtle shell, just like the one Ricky got stuck in in Antwerp.  After waiting ages for the little kids to get out of it, Mully jumped in and we all took a photo of her:

Saw the skinny lions and the white owl.  Carl was tyring to get a photo of the owl but as soon as I went over it turned away and never looked back.  Carl never did get the photo he wanted :P  Went to watch the sealions swimming round and round and then round some more.  Found a lonesome polar bear and watched him rub his face in the bark chippings before sitting on the edge of the mound, looking rather contented.

We went into the aquarium and saw some really big fish, some new rave fish and these weird urchin things that looked like they had pearls for eyes.  We also found Nemo after seeing lots of lookalikes.

Moo was happy when she found the wolves, in fact she was so happy she stayed there whilst we went to the planetarium and watched the starlight express or whatever it was called.  It was rather good, lots of pretty pictures which was a good job because the only bit I understood was 'melkweg' which means milky way and I only knew that because we were staying behind the Melkweg.  Its not that I'm an ignorant British person, its just that I couldn't get my mouth around Dutch.  Mullet would say something in Dutch and I could never quite say it the same and I'd have probably ended up asking for 3 chickens instead of finding out where the loos were or something.

We got the tram back and there was this guy who got on, he had something wrong with him and his groin was massive and stuck out in odd places.  It wasn't like I analysed it, its just that you couldn't help notice it when he was wearing tight, lycra leggings and standing there in a thrusting position right in front of me and Maria.  A woman with her kids got on, she took one look at this man and ushered her kids further onto the tram! Pointed it out to everyone else and as soon as we got off the tram we all burst out laughing.

Anyway we went back to the hotel to get sorted ready to go see Kaisers.  Me and Mully were very immature and hid in the box window bit when Jo came down to the room.  We were sitting on opposite seats and had our feet up next to the other person so our feet wouldn't show below.  We were sniggering away, trying not to laugh out loud but we still managed to wave at a couple of boats.  It was getting harder and harder to laugh quietly when Jo came right near us and we could see her feet underneath the curtain and when she enquired about the whereabouts of Mully..  Eventually we got bored and jumped out.  How the hell Jo didn't know we were there I don't know, we weren't that subtle.

We left and somehow me and Sarah lost Mully, Moo and Jo on the way.  We got to Leidesplein and found Carl who told us how everyone else had gone to queue up.  We went to get some food and decided on the take away style place across the road from the venue.  As we sat in the window eating our tea we saw Whitey across the road with some of the crew, obviously on the hunt for food.  We saw them look over and they appeared to look right at us.  So what did we do?  We ducked and lamely attempted to hide from Whitey, especially when they all crossed over the road and it looked like they were going to come in.  Luckily they didn't.  When the coast was clear we went over to the venue to join the others in the queue.
