I am oddly morose today (shocking, I know.) As a direct result, my apartment is scrupulously clean. Let's just say I couldn't wait for spring to carry out the seasonal cleaning spree. My windows positively sparkle and my delicates drawer is now ordered depending on colour and laciness.
Maybe it's the seasonal spirit in the air - I never did much like Christmas as a child. It's no fun in an empty house when your parents are off being glamorous and rich and grown up.
Frankly, I probably just need a kick up the ass so I stop moping. Christmas means parties which mean people plus alcohol which mean amusing drunken antics. It's all good.
