Grades & Break**
So far break is good. The best news of all is that my grades were posted early, I got three A's & one A-. So my grade point was 3.9, which is pretty good. At first the A- bugged me but after I thought about it I realized it was pretty damn good for a first semester freshman to get an A- in college French 2. Those 3 nights a week at the library really paid off. =) My goal was to at least get on the Dean's list, which Central requires a 3.5 for, so I surpassed my goal for myself. =)
My last exam was last Thursday, and I was going to wait until Friday morning to come home, but Robby wanted to come home on Thursday so I was happy to do that. I surprised my parents; they weren't expecting me until Friday evening. The drove home was uneventful, we were blessed with good weather and light traffic. On Friday I just bummed around the house. It felt so good to be in my OWN house with my OWN couches, my OWN bathroom, my OWN bed, my OWN kitchen...you catch my drift. On Saturday I went to MQT with my family. We saw Charlotte's Web & I bawled my eyes out. It was adorable. We did some Christmas shopping too. On Sunday Jen brought Petra over for lunch/dinner. The Packers beat the Lions...whoo hoo! On Monday I babysat Petra and did some shopping. On Tuesday I babysat Petra and did some shopping. Then I went to Robby's mom's for a little while before I had to go to Spencer's bball game. They beat Aspen Ride 36-26. I was happy for them. I remember hating Aspen Ridge in middle school...they were cocky little turds. On Wednesday I had an orthodontist appointment, went shopping, babysat Petra for a little while, then had lunch w/Ric @ Applebee's. After that I came home and made buckeyes with my family...soooo yummy! I'm not quite sure what's up for today. Spence is at school and my parents went to MQT. I'm going to go for a walk and do Pilates here shortly. I also need to clean my room, ick! Hopefully I'll see Robby later, I miss him! Well that's all here. I hope everyone is having a good break! =)
