Sadly he hasn't been with us since 1970. And to be pedantic, I think he just came up with the name "KitKat", I don't think he was involved in the "hmm, more biscuit, a bit less chocolate" stage of fine-tuning the product itself.
But he did invent the technique which inserted bubbles into an Aero, which I think is a fine legacy.

*sigh* My dream job :o) Interesting that he developed the Aero technique AND named Kit Kat - obviously a good all rounder.
