Top Five for August
I. Wong Kar-Wei's 2046.
A "sequel" to his In the Mood For Love that looks absolutely beautiful, too bad it may not even make it here
(I am driving to Indy as soon as i see a listing).
II. Jeremy Piven in HBO's Entourage.
The funniest TV related thing I've seen in a while, and making the show worth renting even if it didn't have its other qualities.
III. Key Lime Pie flavored Yogurt.
mmmmmm. Go get some.
IV. The Fountain Website.
Not much to offer yet for Aronofsy's next big movie
but it has an extremely appealing screensaver.
V. Fire & Ice Limited Edition DVD (Aug 30).
Years Before Computer Animation and rotoscoping Waking Life, Ralph Bakshi released this and now you can see it remastered (suggested if you like evil wizards, demons, he-man or danzig).
