so Marriage Encounter Singapore organised a freeze flash mob to celebrate World Marriage Day which shares the date with Valentines Day.
we were very excited to have been part of the organisation of the event and thrilled to have been participants.
more than 50 couples gamely registered for the flash mob and from 1200 to 1205 on sunday, we froze along orchard road's pedestrian boulevard, displaying signs revealing how many years we had been married.
if anything, this is what valentines day should be about, not soppy superficial proclamations of love, but living testimonies to what love truely is - a well-grounded marriage!
we wracked our brains to come up with a suitable, unique and fun pose and spent many minutes practising before our reflections in the TV set. see if you can spot us!!
