Remember last year?
Remember last year, when "she" broke up with me. The day i started blogging for a reason, or more so, getting away from studying. But its been a whole year since i have been single and i think its great for myself. Its time to start fresh, no more of "i gotta study for the hsc" excuse cause that cant be used anymore.
So it is 2006, and i spent it with my friend Aileen. What we did? we drove back and fourth from party to party. First off i was in chipping norton celebrating a bit with my uncles' family. From then, i got a call at 9pm from aileen saying it was time to go pick her up. Even thought i explicitately remmebered her telling me to pick her up at 10pm. But it doesn't matter. First party we arrived to was Jomar's. Stayed there and had some bbq food, and out came the fireworks, which was a very big surprise, so we lit a few. Then found out, that it was only for 12pm. So we went for a while to crash kates party. knowing me, and knowing aileen not sharing her friends, i didnt expect to know anyone. But funnily enough, i come in, and there everyone was. THey let me in with open arms and knew exactly who i was. which was so cool cause i thought i would of been a loner siting on the coach watching tv. Then 10 minutes before we 12, we quickly planned to rush to jomar's place again.Going down the cumberland HWY at the speeds of 120km/hr we got there just at the last second for the countdown :D and saw all the fireworks just in time and to wish my frineds a very very happy new year. After that stayed and wished everyone a spectacular new year, and wished everyone well and then it was back to kates where we just crashed there till 2am in the morning.
Come home, and didnt even SLEEP stayed up watching will and grace till it hit 6am, where then it was time to go and get ready for the new year fishing trip with the cousins. Went to the entrance, or picnic point. I was able to manage to catch 3 fish at the end of the day, brohter caught 2 ray caught 1 and amy caught 1 +D i caught the most =D. heres a tip. if the weather is scorching up to 40 degree's, do not leave the prawn bait inside the car. It actually bbq's and leaves a very distinct smell when u take it out to go fishing again.
During hte day, we hit the beach as well. me not wanting to be anymore black, i dosed myself in sexy sexy banana boat sunscreen. which gave me the ultimate protection, i so need and deserve.
So whats going on iwth the new year? i believe it sucks so far still. I cant stand new years, they bring nothing but bad memories i reakon. But for now, my new years resolution is to not make a new years resolution, cause people jsut forget it by feburary anyway =D
