In the meantime, several months ago I was first made aware there is going to be a movie version of One For The Money (by Janet Evanovich) by someone on facebook. As soon as I read who had been cast, I decided I probably wasn't going to bother seeing it. Pretty much all of the characters were miscast, imho.
Then ant3ka posted the official trailer for the movie and I was still not inclined to see the movie.
I have watched the trailer several times and just read Explosive Eighteen and I have to admit that, while I am still not happy about some of the people cast, I am probably going to see the movie when it comes out next month.

Four years ago, I read John Dies At The End. It was...weird. The author, David Wong, who is also the Senior Editor at Cracked.com had posted that he was in negotiations for it to be a movie. I kind of want to see it.
