Bowling last night was fun, although I think everyone's game was a bit off, not many scores over 100.
My appartment situation over here at Trostel has rapidly turned to crap. Initially there were five of us living here, which made rent about $300 a person per month. Some of us have decided to move out, thinking that (based on conversations with the appartment staff) we wouldn't have to stay and pay for the full 1 year lease. Although this sounded a little weird to me at the time, I went along with it because 2 separate roommates got the same information. In actuality, we do need to actually pay for the full 1 year lease, which makes sense. However, 3 of us are moving to other appartments, 1 of us is staying for the remaineder of the lease, and im not sure what I'm doing yet. Those that are moving out, will be paying less than those that are staying. We've been trying to get other people to move in so that the cost will go down, but those that were interested have other plans. I think I have options now:
1) Stay at the appartment with one roommate and pay $500+ a month (basically doubling what i have been paying)
2) Stay at the appartment with one roommate and finding one or two more people to move in in very short notice and pay $300-$400 a month.
3) Move back home with my parents and pay $200 a month for not even living in the appartment. (I'm not even sure this is an option because it would leave only one person living in the entire appartment and having 4 people paying $200 a month for basically nothing)
