haven't updated in a while
i've been busy.
halloween party went well. not that many here... was low key, but still good. kids had fun trick-or-treating. they went on a hay ride for it. one of the boys friends does it every year.
did scouting for food yesterday. the boy behaved beautifully. it was awesome to see. i am so proud of him. he is seeing a therapist now to deal with some issues. my poor boy. i do feel for him. he thinks he's no good. he thinks he's broken. big self-esteem issues. but we are working on them. we use the internet to show some other famous people with ADHD and who are different and see things different. last week we looked up Gallagher. i think it helped a little.
giggles is doing well with cheerleading. she's having a blast. learned a new stunt yesterday where she is the flyer. which means she had to get over her fear of letting one of the other girls hold her off the ground. if it was an adult, she'd be fine. but putting her trust in another kid is hard for her. i really don't blame her. but she worked thru it.
my kids are growing up so quick. at least i get to watch it first hand. being a stay-at-home mom and a scout leader really helps. I am with them so much.
yesterday we went to the movies and saw igor. very funny. well, at to me it was. not many other people were laughing. i thought it was great. then later z decided he was gonna attack, which caused giggles to join in. they had us going and laughing for a good 20 min. z and hubby were so funny.
i guess that's all. pretty boring. just a typical life with a typical family.
