Saturday I am going to the Pop Conference at EMP. This should be interesting... People write and submit essays and if yours is good, you are asked to come present your essay at the conference. They have guest speakers every hour or so and I guess other than that, you mingle. I am going to write an essay for next years conference and see if I get selected. I hope I get some swag at this shindig. They're putting Anthony up in a hotel tonight and tomorrow night (he has to be in at like 6 or 7 each morning to get things ready). I'm staying at home tonight (still have to do the taxes), but we will be partying in the hotel room like rock stars tomorrow night. hahaha yeah right!
Yesterday after work I weeded for an hour - still so much to do. The amount of yardwork necessary to make the yard look nice is very daunting! Especially since I'm on my own - Anthony doesn't like to do it. But after sitting all day and moving only my arms, and fingers, it feels really good to do physical work.
When I'm eating organic fresh veggies, it'll be worth it!!
