We're Taking the Hunger Games costumes on tour! First stop Emerald City Comic Con this weekend!!
Haxbee Inc. and Blacksparrow Auctions present the Hunger Games costume tour this weekend at the Emerald City Comic Con in Seattle, Washington. Emerald City Comicon is the largest comic book and pop culture convention in the Pacific Northwest. The convention runs from March 1-3 at the Washington State Convention Center. The Hunger Games exhibit will be featured at the Sky Bridge within the convention center. We will be featuring costumes from all major characters including Katniss, Peeta, Caesar, Primrose, Effie, Seneca, Haymitch, Claudius, Cinna and more. The tour will culminate with an auction of all screened-used costumes at the New York Comic Con. Our next stop wll be at the C2E2 convention in Chicago April 26-28, 2013.
At this weekend's Emerald City Comic Con in Seattle, Washington we will be partnering with Food Lifeline. Food Lifeline is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger in Western Washington. They make every penny count, and 94% of the food they receive from local, state and national contributors is donated. Food Lifeline has been working to end hunger in local Washington communities for more than 30 years. With each $1 donated they provide a full day of nutritious meals for an individual. They stock the shelves and fill the tables of 275 food banks, meal programs and shelters throughout Western Washington. Through their hard work and donations from the community they are able to feed 745,000 people each year. We will be accepting monetary donations from fans at our Hunger Games costume display on behalf on Food Lifeline. Donations will be accepted all days of the convention at our Sky Bridge location.
