Letter 12 - A new lease
"Once...you do know that you can't stay be with Helen at the pre-school, right?"
Freeman rolled his eyes as he tried to convince his life-long friend to at least consider leaving his daughter there. He'd researched this day-care business for weeks now, looking for the perfect one that could hold Once's most beloved treasure.
"Nothing's going to happen, she's not going to be kidnapped by anyone allied to the Judge, or Dossy," he continued his assurances for what seemed to be the umpteeth time. Sure THEY got kidnapped earlier but they were adults and Norma was quick to make sure her husband wasn't affected.
"You're being dramatic and you know it. Plus! Cal's here too!" Wait, no, that wasn't a plus. Isabella was around then and no thank you. "And so are Fi and Mel, so come on, I don't want to drag you by the suit lapels again. Let's just go to the business meeting and we can come back here...and things will be the same as normal!"
