Crimes and Wal-Mart

Its monday and I spent the weekend doing squat.
Saturday, I mourned the loss my Aggies had at home to Miami and decided to go get dinner. I walked out and my neighbor comes to tell me that he thinks his roommate stole his checkbook and forged checks payable to him. I said, you can see it online. So we go up and register him on the Regions/Union Planters website and sho nuff, we see the scan of the checks and they stole 180.00. One of the guys in the scam called my friend and said he would pay him back. I said these are the worlds dumbest criminals. They have their fingerprints on the checks. I said this is why I have high standards for people I associate with.
The roommate disappeared and we went and filed a police report in the morning. The best advice I cant tell you is DO NOT GET ARRESTED EVER!!!
Those are the worse pictures people can take of you and that includes Iphone pictures of you in the club putting things in your mouth. Both of the guys looked rough and my bud winced when he saw the mugshot on the computer. I said they dont have glamourshots taking your mugshot and you usually are not in the best mood when you have been arrested. I said to the cop just start working the crackhouse track 2 blocks away from me. The cop knew where I was talking about. I hope my friend learns to be more judgemental.

Bootglove is in the hospital and is having his kidney stones finally blasted away so he can make it to Hibearnation. Wish him luck guys!

Today I have to attend a meeting where the neighborhood is appealing the construction of a proposed Wal-Mart. This issue has become a major drama source in my office. I get nonstop calls opposing the store and I am not working on it.

Anyway, I have a meeting with a software vendor wanting to sell us some computerized plans review software
