"Michael!"

For those of you who were active gamers around the SNES/Genesis era, you might remember a Genesis game know as Michael Jackson's Moonwalker. For those of you who never heard of this game, dont' fear, you're going to get a mini-rundown of this rather...odd...game, and don't forget to click the links to see screenshots. First of all at the begining of each level, you're treated to some interesting level intro screens like this one. Now you may be wondering what such a game would entail. Well, it's a platform game where you fight enemies with this sparkly stuff that appears whenever you punch or kick or something and save a bunch of identical children. However, beating enemies with sparkles isn't the only thing in your arsenal. Usually when you fight "bosses" at the end of the level is your ideal time to release the dance of death which makes bad guys...well...dance to their death or near death. And your dance ability isn't just limited to gangsters as shown, but it's also effective for street thugs, animals, the undead and much much more. To make the game even wierder, at the end Michael gets to turn into a giant robot of doom!! Why? Beats the hell out of me. Oddly enough, despite how cheesy the game is, as you get further in, the game's difficulty does pick up a bit so it's not a complete waste of time.

So there you have it, a mini-overview of a game you probably never heard of, or just forgot about.
