HELL NIGHT
What a nightmarish experience....
winds of a 100 mph sustained for 12 hours. Trees down, fence down, roof off the shed, looks like a war zone here. Luckily no damage to the house.
Jo had a tree fall on her house and nearly kill her and it crushed half of her home.
I got off lucky with the small amount of damage. A month tops on the clean up. There's a lot of devistation all around us. I HATE HURRICANES.
Everyone survived that I've heard from....we have no power and they're saying two weeks to a month to restore it. I'm using the last of my laptop battery and the land line dial up to post this. It will be some time before I can post or email anyone again. Keep us in your thoughts.
