Have any of you ever been addicts or alcoholics? I know some of you cut but I never hear about pill popping or drinking. That might be because most anorexics love being in control, (from what I've noticed), but I guess maybe I'm just weaker. I have to know exactly how many calories there are in everything even if it's something that someone else is eating and also how many calories are burnt when doing certain things.
I don't like drugs or alcohol but I have to have people with me I can't stand to be alone ever.

Why don't you like to be alone? How do you feel when you're alone?

When I'm alone I feel awful I feel unloved and so unstable, I don't why I'm like this really but I know that when my mum used to leave the living room and go into the kitchen I used to follow her even if it was for only 2 mins, I still do it now, my parents don't say anything about it.

I'm sorry you feel that way. When I was younger I went through that for awhile. I couldn't even go to the bathroom alone. My mom took me to a shit ton of counselors and I guess I'm better now. Do you know why or when it started?

I dunno really I think it might have been from when I was about 7 or 8 I used to have this horrible obsession with death etc and that one day I would wake up or go into a room and find then dead I had sleeping problems due to this and I used to cry myself to sleep, so I just started following them and I think its just become a bad habit now.
