(no subject)
my day:
-found $100 (you don't often do that every day lol, i found a debit card from my sweet sixteen that i thought i spent, but it was FULL! omg.)
-went to lord and taylors twice. because the first time i thought i left a gift card and coupon at home. but we (my mom and i) forgot the coupon anyway when we stopped back home (brilliant us), and i didn't actually have a giftcard.
-returned a scarf, bought two pairs of earrings.
-got a ring stuck on my finger. and the saleswomen thought i was trying to steal it. it took like three minutes and some lotion to get it off. so mortifying. it hadn't gotten stuck the first time i tried it, which was weird.
-went to the westchester...
-bought two pairs of really cheap sunglasses (black and brown). totally fresh, because mine cracked from last year.
-returned stuff at j.crew: found a possible dress for liz'ssweetsixteen/academicawards (yeah, i'm thinking far ahead), possible tank top for jazz co costume, and a yellow sweatshirt (i had one a few years ago and loved it but it got like dirty or something... so now we're reunited!). haha. and i love how this didn't really cost me any of my own money because of returns and such.
-almost got stuck in an elevator. it shut on a particular floor, wouldn't move, and when we pressed buttons to go to different floors, it just opened on the same floor. so of course i (terrified of elevators) blurt out: "yeahhhhh, okay, INEEDTOGETOUTOFHERE." and shove my way out of the elevator. i continue to explain to the elevator people about how i don't like elevators, until the door shuts again on them. i'll never know if they got stuck. its a good thing i left though, i would have been a hellish person to be with in a crowded elevator. phil and john know that haha.
yeahhh me and my mom had the awesomest time but you so had to be there. yesterday was cool too, chilling at ashley's mom's show thing. =)
i'm totally avoiding studying. <3 hehe
