As part of the application process for the Kampala Project (service in Africa, Medical service esp.) I need to write a 3-6 page essay on my interest on international development, international relations, HIV/AIDS, medicine, or other relevant topics. I know this is my interest on these topics, but off the top of your heads are there any interesting specific topics that you guys can think of or would recommend me looking into? Lately I've been reading some things on universal health care so I'm thinking about that and corporate greed seems interesting (Constant Gardener esque). Anyway, I just wanted to pick your guys's brains.
