Pastrami Burger is back at Carls Jr. Here is the secret, substitute mustard for mayonnaise, a little bit of mustard is ok, and add bacon and cheese, swiss is best. I kept the mustard on today and it was too much, I also used pepper jack, but it's better if you use swiss. Words can't explain the joy I felt when I saw that the pastrami burger was back, ahh, oohh.
