mother fucker.
so my beautiful truck which i bought with only 70km on the dial (as in, 10 x 7=70) and have only had for 2.5years, has a
- coolant leak from the thermostat housing
- causing it to overheat
- and damage the head gasket
- and the cylinder gasket
- and it failed a TK Test (whatev the fuck that is)
- and the pressurised coolant system is failing
and it is *just* out of warranty (like 5000km out, motherfucker) so is going to cost me upwards of $3000 to repair.
which OBVIOUSLY i don't have right now. although i am not up shit creek it is definitely a big fucking pain in the ass & one i have had a cry over already this morning.
and apparently it's been leaking coolant for SOME TIME NOW, which my fucking Ford mechanic didn't FUCKING pick up on at the last service (which i get done regularly, btw, AND which cost me over $1k anyway!!!!).
the nice mechanic fellow whom i sent it to yesterday was like, "i'm surprised you're laughing!" and i was like, "well if i don't i will SCREAM!" haha.
i'm pissed as well cos i'm so fucking reliant on my car. ugh. horse, work, getting the fuck around. goddamnit. i'm driving jed's car right now, but it's no Truck, that's for sure.
