No way. I saw a conversion like this for mini's once was great.
But wouldn't put a full grown horse into something like this

Actually, Dad used to use one of these. They are awesome! The roof is usually padded and they are higher than they look. Honestly, they drive really nicely and you don't have the same issues reversing them as you do a float. Given that they are spread over the normal van wheel base rather than that of the one axle on a float, they tend to be really stable, too.
