(no subject)
this time, *i* cancelled on kelli - my dad stayed the night & i really don't feel too comfy leaving jed to fend for himself with teh ebil Father In Law.
tho when i got home they were talking about money, drinking beer and smoking. HUH.
so, hopefully tomorrow night beej will get his massage, then on friday he's getting his teeth done, probably with xrays and an extraction of that front tooth. i'll be sure to take loads of pics. also want to get some video (today!) doing some round yard work. had a FUNNY day yesterday where i let him loose in the arena and tried to do some 'liberty' work.

well, he certainly had a grand old time prancing around like an arAYbian stalyon. he tested the boundaries big time - i could get him to engage & follow direction (but had to use the most minimal *point* because he would just leap off like a stag if i actually put any force into that point) if he was within 20-30m of me, but once he figured he could hoon off to the other end of the arena, he just watched me and LAUGHED. most of the time tho, once i erm... idk what the term is, but basically bent over and invited him in, he would walk up to me, which is good.
anyways. i have GOT to make it to the feedstore before it shuts today - i bought pellets on sunday when i picked up chaff, hay & lupins but the pellets weren't in until monday - haven't gotten around to picking them up yet... my bad.
anyways.
