Wed 6/3/2009
1300 : Wrap-up at work.  Leave when possible.
1430 : Arrive at Park 'n Ride.
1445 : Leave on Van Galder Coach for O'Hare.
1730 : Arrive at O'Hare.  Meet friend Carmine.  Check-in to hotel then go into the city for the evening with Chicago friend Brian.
2300 : Return to airport hotel.

Thu 6/4/2009
0800 : Check-in at O'Hare Terminal 1.  Meet group from Windiana band.
1034 : Depart on UA835.

Fri 6/5/2009
1355 : Arrive Shanghai / Pudong Int'l Airport  (local time).

Rehearse, perform and tour.

Wed. 6/17/2009
Check-in to Pudong Int'l. Airport.
1555 : Depart on UA836.
1616: Arrive O'Hare (local time).
1730 (or 1830 if delayed) : Leave on Van Galder Coach.
1820 (or 1820 if delayed) : Arrive at Park 'n Ride.

Trombone case - contains 1 trombone & accessories
Backpack - contains music, paper notebook, books, 1 change of clothes, pajamas and toothbrush for flight
Suitcase - contains all other clothes, all chargers, toiletries, and:
-suit
-slacks (2)
-dress shirts (5)
-ties (2)
-belt
-dress shoes
-undershirts (4)
-t-shirts (6)
-underwear and socks for two weeks
-jeans (1)
-shorts (3)
-swimming trunks
-towels (2)
-sandals (can wear on plane)
-tennis shoes
-umbrella
-rain jacket

-winter parka
