I only recently rewatched the first X-Men movie, and it reminded me of how wonderful Rogue and Wolverine are together there. So this is a rediscovered passion, and the first fanfic I've written with the two of them.

Love motorcycles. I love the snippets of what Rogue discovers about Logan through this, knowing car parts, kissing Jean...etc. That's pretty damn cool.

I find the connection they share because of Rogue's superpower totally fascinating. It's something none of us will ever have - that sort of primitive, internal link to another person.

I'm happy you liked the hint of bittersweetness (hint of lime?). There's something really fundamentally sad about not being able to touch other people except in moments of great, almost too overwhelming, crisis. And I really like adult Rogue as well.
