well i'm here at work freezing my ass off... i'm on the CSA line right now and taking sup calls and what but i'm not a CSA as of yet... they were short handed today and need another person who knows what they're doing to be back here... -) so i thought i'd update all you in the world that i will be a CSA soon but it's still not for sure... there are a few other people who are in the mix... well that's it for now.. i gota get back to my que... later
