Raindodger
I'm getting pretty good at dodging the rain. I saw the monstrous clouds coming this way and decided that if I was going to make a run for the grocery store, it had to be now or never! Returning home with my groceries, I heard some distant thunder.
"Heck, I've got time to take out the garbage, too!" I thought to myself.
I grabbed the glass recycling bag and the plastic recycling bag and took them to the garbage hut, but to my dismay there was no longer a plastic recycling bin. Note to self: Dumping a bunch of empty glass jars into the glass recycling bin is LOUD!!
Raindrops began to fall gently as I unlocked the door to my building...
...and then came the power-wash! Complete with lightning and thunder!
I stood out on the balcony and watched it from start to finish. However, I seem to remember storms lasting longer than this one did. It wasn't long before the bright sunny clouds were visible behind the storm cloud overhead.
Booooo!
