animanlims; round 3This round started a couple of weeks before my exams ;A; I shouldn't have signed up but the temptation was too great for me to resist. I obviously ended up making the icons the night the challenges were due *sigh*
challenge 01: RedI spent an awful lot of time choosing the image since there are not many full body pictures that I like -_- The text arrangement was kind of an accident but it worked! I'm not so sure about the big "red", I put it there because it seemed a little empty otherwise, though.Original | +18/5g Runner Up People's Choice
challenge 02: PurpleThis icon... is not even purple and the text is terrible ;A; I like the simplicity of the bonus icon though, I tried a more muted color scheme for this one~Original | +6/-2/0g ~ Original | +4/0g
challenge 03: YellowSo I had successfully managed to avoid CLAMP... until this challenge *~* Yellows are hard for me so I decided not to try blocking and keep it simple. Not much to say about this icon it's just crowded with light textures :)Original | +3/-0/0g
challenge 04: BlueI had a lot of fun making this icon -I almost make it purple- and it's probably my favourite from this round. Using a shounen series was mandatory and Type-Moon was the first thing that came to my mind. Lyrics from Rabbit Heart by Florence + The Machine.Original | +5/-0/3g
challenge 05: GreenLime green and a lulzy icon!? Hokuto was perfect for it and I only that to add the apple, the wall of text and Subaru's silhouette to obtain my bonus points ;) The bonus icon had to feature a close crop *screams in horror* luckily I remembered this gorgeous picture of Sheryl ♥Original | +7/0g ~ Original | +4/0gresultSeventh place lmao XD
