There is lovely spring weather with only occassional showers, but inside my head seems to be a bad gothic downpour with lighting cracking open the sky and revealing...nothing.
I'M SO FUCKING BORED.
The best moment this week was getting off the street car early because I couldn't decide what to do or where to go. This meant that I walked over the hill in the park near Ossington Station. When I sat down beside the tree the ground began to rumble. Not bad gothic thunder...TTC noise. The bowels of the earth are hungry and rumbling. Meanwhile, I obsess over bowls.
I walked the slant to the edge of the park (citadel-hill style), and then went home.
Today I made pea soup, washed the dishes and did my taxes. (oh, and I read a book for the first time in days. BOO-READ!)
Still bored...
...and fantasizing about a 9-5. I know, I know better, but I did my taxes for the first time in years. Aside from the computer being bitchy, I found it to be a distracting and rewarding process. (BTW: refund does not equal reward.)
ugghh...crying furiously is also a distracting and rewarding process. It makes you eventually tired and subdued enough to look at art books or sleep off a migraine.
