I finally put in my preferences for what I'm going to major in in International Studies (which starts up next year, huzzah!) It took so incredibly long to decide but I finally settled on learning French, but going to Switzerland for the year abroad (2011...here I come).
I just thought it would be so fascinating, and I can always visit France during the mid-semester break. Switzerland looks AMAZING; according to the handbook I would most likely be going to uni in Lucerne, which my mum says is one of the most beautiful places she has ever been to. And dad thinks that the Swiss will be a lot nicer bunch than the French, heh.
So now that's all I can think about; rather than the four assignments I have due in the next 9 days. Gah. My mind is not where it should be. I really hope I get it; apparently French is always the most popular course; I just hope they all nominated to go to France or Quebec instead. Leave the Swiss chocolate and snow-topped mountains for me :) YAY!
