The chicken shop that exploded in Sydney last night?

It's RIGHT OUTSIDE WHERE I'M MOVING IN 9 DAYS. As in, right at the entrance to The Quadrant, which is where the UTS apartment buildings are.
I could have been there, walking home from a night on the town, getting late night snacks, etc. It could have exploded right at the moment I was standing by it chatting to a friend. Or it could have affected, if not blown a hole in my room. Not the kind of thought you want to be having as you're packing to move in there.
This is farking scary, to say the least.
