Wish I had a mango tree, in my backyard/with you standing next to me, take the picture
I just had an overwhelming urge to buy and eat an entire mango.
And so I did.
And it was my first mango of the season, and it was too perfect for words - sweet and fleshy, appropriately messy and awkward to eat.
And that managed to get Mango Tree in my head, which subsequently made me think of summer afternoons lazing beside the pool with a cocktail in one hand and a piece of summer fruit in the other, with friends and cruisy music (Angus and Julia is practically made for poolside lounging) and mosquitoes buzzing around.
And now I'm in my happy place :)
