Last hours before the school schedule starts
I'm here sitting in my room ready for school. Something that hasn't been done in quite a while. I'm usually still downstairs playing video games. I unknowingly made a new years resolution for myself and that is to stay organized and have good sleeping habits. I have classes at 8:30 this semester which is the earliest I've had to wake up but I'm determined to do it every day. To help myself out I'm gonna schedule my normal tennis classes at 8:30am on Sat instead of my normal Tues/Thurs night. I have a break after every one of my class so that'll help me stay on top of my homework.
I'm gonna have lots of fun this semester. It's my last and should be my favorite since I get to choose what I want to take (I'm just taking all of my technical electives). It should consist of at least 3 classes where I get to make video games and 2 classes where I'm working with graphics and animation...all the stuff I love. I'm also looking forward to talking w/ all the people who got accepted into FIEA for this upcoming Fall 2010 semester. Once we all receive our official acceptance we'll all have access to a forum where we can talk w/ each other.
In video game news...I beat Assassin's Creed II over the break as well as Uncharted 2 (twice). I'm going for a third run through of Uncharted 2 on the hardest difficulty to try to get the platinum trophy. Then it'll be on to Fallout 3 which will overlap into my Mass Effect 2 time. I should still have time to play on the days I don't have any school. If all goes well and I stick with my resolution, I shouldn't even have to do any work at home. In fact, in 2 classes I can't even do the work at home since I'll be using some $3,500 piece of software that I have to use at the university computers.
