Males are socialized into objectification of women. When a girl they start dating turns out to be an individual, the guy gets miffed that she isn't the subservient slave they thought girls were (either subconsciously or blatantly). Then there's rejection and the old male chauvinist crap of "bitches ain't shit" between male social circles.
The "all sex is rape" "feminist" theory is a fringe extremist minority at best, and a caricature by popular culture at worst. Feminism isn't so much "gurl pride" as it is a sociological theory and framework which recognizes the different levels of oppression in a society - class, race, ableism, etc - in relation to the gender dichotomy of our society.
The most "radical feminist" I know of is actually a straight woman who embraces her heterosexuality. The next "radical feminist" I know is a lesbian woman who doesn't hate men, but male privilege in our society. Hate the game not the player.
Unless of course you're referring to Janice Raymond. But she can fuck right off.
