How have you been? When did you get here?

I've been ok. [Besides the whole, "Oh, I'm dead?" thing and Ted avoiding him like the plague. Not that the latter is really new to him, just the awkward that goes with it. Oh, and Ted being kidnapped.]

I got here a bit over a week ago.
