i'm a dip
adventures in dip making
so after not doing much all day, other than the usual cleaning and stuff, i realized i had a package of spinach that i needed to use like, today, otherwise it would go bad. i didnt want to eat it in a salad since i had already eaten a late lunch. so i decide to make spinach dip. i called my mom to get her recipe which turned out to be extremely complex. i decide whatever i have nothing better to do so i set out to make it. keep in mind this was from freaking scratch with fresh spinach that i had to wash, clean, cut, and steam myself. (now i know why mom told me i shouldve just used frozen) over an hour later and several huge kitchen messes i finally finished. i thought my arm was going to fall off after stirring all that cheese and stuff together. OK, so i have to admit it is pretty darn delicious. after all that i googled some recipes which probably wouldve taken me a whole 15 min to fix.
now what to have for dinner...
