an overdue update
so classes ended yesterday. i had an exam. exam & paper due friday. exam monday. paper due tuesday. then, FREEDOM for all of two weeks. but hey! i'm graduating in *DECEMBER* (2008) which is a semester early! then what? who knows. maybe lou & i will go out west and find some money-making sorts of jobs. maybe i'll join something like americorps or the new york fellows (another teaching program). we'll see. i'm graduating with a major in psychology & a minor in environment... so i could do a lot of things. hmmm... maybe grad school if nothing else?? teaching certificate?
lou & i are doing very well. although he's sort of sick right now i think. haven't really hung out with him since sunday -- oh the joys of exams. i did have dinner with him last night at noodles & co. though, that was yummy. we plan on driving back to marquette on saturday dec 22nd. lou has to be back for work on the 26th, but i'll stay in marquette 'til the 30th & fly back to ann arbor then. we're having a new years party & making our own ball drop! my friend caitlin is off to prauge (czech republic) for the semester so we thought we'd give her a nice sendoff, plus my 21st birthday is on january 9th so we're doing cake & things & birthday songs for me :)!
