highlights <3
1) i just got a hostess/waitress job - Skyline @ Marina Bay (a tourist area with condos & stores & restaurants on a boardwalk/dock area on the ocean - it's BEAUTIFUL!) i start at the hostess stand tonight @ 5pm :-D
2) i'm making some serious $$$ babysitting, it's insane
3) so far i'm definatley staying here til july 9. i'm going with a lesbian family to provincetown [on the tip of cape cod] for one of their art shows & watching their two boys that weekend- ben 3 yrs, fred 7mos. (they both had a baby with the same sperm donor that they knew -artificial insemination - crazy stuff)
4) i'm going to the Red Socks vs. Yankees baseball game on monday night. Never been to a baseball game other than like marquette, never watched a MLB game on tv. and yet i'm going to one of the best games of the year :) Jay (the dad @ the house i'm staying at) & his sister Missy (who i know from HMC last summer) are taking me. Jay said that people break out in fights in the stands all the time because the two teams are huge rivals. i'm really excited :)
5) yesterday i went into boston w. linda(mom @ the house i'm staying at) & her daughter korina-4 yrs old. we went up to the prudential tower & saw boston from the top (50th) floor. we also went to boston commons - the park downtown & rode on the swan boats in the little pond :) korina was sooo happy.

p.s. --> 5% chance i'm going to see evan in hawaii this weekend for memorial day. we shall see. i have to ask my new boss at Skyline if I can get it off, and i don't think they'll let me have days off just yet. but who knows.
