holy shit i'm updating.
I'm going to be in Colorado for the summer. I'm totally stoked/scared. Last summer Ian and I talked about how we were going to both get internships in CO this summer. I did. He did not. So that sucks because I can't just come home from CO for the weekend and I'm totally going to miss him. Summer is supposed to be our time since the school year obviously isn't. Stupid boy did not keep up on his end of the plan. However, I will have the entire month of May with NOTHING to do, which will be awesome. Lots of up north time and a trip to Mississippi to visit the brother and future sister (and my second favorite puppy which he took away from me). So yeah, things are good with life. Things are good with Ian. He got me a promise ring for my birthday....I have always thought that promise rings were stupid. I am dealing with it though because I know that it's more than a promise ring, I know that it would be an engagement ring but he is young and silly and won't be out of school for another 2+ years and I think long engagements are pointless. So yeah, I'm referring to it as my pre-engagement ring (mainly to make myself feel like less of a hypocrite). I have also decided that I'm going to be completely antisocial in CO and am just going to go off into the mountains and paint in my free time.
