Up until tuesday, the week was going pretty well, I had gone to the mall to get some shoes and went and picked up some food from KFC, and when me and my dad got home, he left his wallet in his car. Later that evening I never seen him go out there and lock his car up, well around 12:30 to 1am, I was watching TV when I seen the driveway light go off, not thinking it was anything harmless, I went back minding my own business. The next day {Wednesday}, my dad calls me and says he doesnt have his wallet, me and my sisters looked everywhere, we still couldn't find it. So we got this hunch that maybe this dude down the street who's a real trouble maker got into my dads car and stole it, so we called my mom and told her and she needed all the credit card papers so that he couldnt charge anything onto the credit cards. The next day {Thursday} my dad finally calls the police, and he had said the police recognized the address of where this dude lived, which was cool in a weird way. But the next day {Friday} my dads friend down the street Elsworth comes down to talk to my dad, he tells him, the lady next door to him got her car broken into and rammed into something and of course, my dad and elsworth both thought it was the dude down the street that was causing all this crap to happen. Then today, {Saturday} a lady in a van comes to our house and brings my dad his wallet, so the thing that guy did, was just steal the cash from it, which was only like 50 bucks, and threw it in a yard at mason, everything else was still intact but the money had been stolen. We were all relived but especially my dad because his drivers license and credit cards were in there.
So this should teach a lesson, "Never Leave A Wallet/Purse In An Unlocked Car".
Damn that was a long entry
