Mexican Manicotti

As everyone knows, or should know by now, I can't do anything anyone tells me to. I have to change it somehow.

I started by cooking the innards.




And the Manicotti shells.




I poured enchilada sauce into the bottom of the baking dish, and begin stuffing the Manicotti. It was hard :S




And then drench the Manicotti with Enchilada sauce.




"The more cheese, the better".




I coulda put more...
