you're going to be 17 and don't have your permit yet???
heavy. i was 17 in july and didn't get my license until two weeks ago and i was going crazy waiting.

I am a procrastinator, what can I say. I went to get it today and the damn place is closed on Mondays...but hopefully I am going tomorrow.

haha. that sucks. did you take lessons yet or are you not going to? ooor are the laws different in philly then jersey?

My brother is just going to teach me. So, it's not really necessary that we get lessons.

i see. you can get your permit when you're 17 without lessons here, but if you're still 16 you have to wait till you take lessons first.
