30 Days of Meme - Days 3 and 4
Okay, so i missed yesterday, which was day three, thanks to being in a drug induced stupor. And no, it's not like it sounds. I'm on very heavy medication for an illness, and it tends to knock me on my ass a lot of the time. Anyway, here's yesterdays and todays in one post ^__^
Day 03 → Your favorite television program
I think had i done this months ago i would have said either Torchwood or Doctor Who, possibly both. But what with the horrid turn that Torchwood's writing has taken and the very badly timed year long hiatus of Doctor Who, i find my fangirl within waning. My newest favorite tv show has got to be Legend of the Seeker. I was actually drawn into this show because of a set of RPG icons i saw over on IJ, it was of the character Kahlan and i was just like OOOOOHH! Pretty girl! And knowing me, where i pretty girl is, i so follow lol. The show ended up being so much fun and i was hooked.
Day 04 → Your favorite book
This one is very difficult for me to decide because i adore books so much, i've been an avid reader since early early childhood. But if i had to pick one it would have to be When Rabbit Howls by The Troops of Truddi Chase, i first read When Rabbit Howls when i was 15 and was just amazed by the complete puzzle that the people in Truddi presented. How each personality was for a certain area of her life, and how the woman that had been born and named Truddi hadn't actually been in control of her body since she was two years old. It's an amazing book yet at the same time, horribly difficult to read because of the painful subject matter.
