so yesterday i started my no carb diet. day one is ALWAYS the most difficult, and i did it! Today for breakfast/lunch (i woke up late) kyle made omeletes with bell peppers, mushrooms, cheese, ham and those scary eggs in a bottle. which actually aren't that bad. I stay on this diet for two weeks, then i add in healthy carbs and start working out hard! I'm hoping to lose about 15-20 lbs. I've already lost 70 since H.S. so i know its possible, its just my will power that i lack. ughhhhh.
