(no subject)
things have been SO great lately. christmas is like in 2 days, and i've already gotten tons of great things, i'm so fortunate and lucky to have such wonderful people in my life. I'm excited for everyone to open their gifts, i gave kyle his gift and he LOVED it! I bought him this gorgeous ID bracelet from tiffanys. he bought me a bracelet from tiffanys for my bday and now we can match. for christmas he got me this gorgeous pendant with a beautiful opal,rubys and an emrald. his mom got me a black kate spade bag, mac make up, and an opal and pink tormaline (SP?) ring...love it! i just finished exchanging with katie, she LOVEs the betsy johnson bag i got her, which im glad because i reallllly hoped she still wanted it. =) and she got me 4 postsecret books. those little fuckers are like crack...i cant put em down.
anyway, tomorrow my aunt and uncle from sac town are coming! I hardly get to see them so im really happy that my uncle could get the day off from work. My tita and uncle mike and amber are coming too, so that will be nice.
kyle and i were talking about traditions. i remember how different things were when i was a kid...christmas and easter and everything was always at my grandma and grandpa's, now that they have both passed away, we have at our house. Its been since 2003, since my grandpa died and you would think that I'd be at least getting used to the change but, still its really hard. this is kyle's first christmas without his grandma. i know its hard for him, and he doesnt really talk about it too much, but i just want to be there for him.
