I forgot they were making a freakin G I Joe movie this year and that it was coming out in August. The only reason as to why I'm going to see that is due to the Cobra organization. Yep, the bad guys. What's that guy's name who plays Claud ( Read more... )

Hi! I just got up about 30 or so mins ago. More like 45, actually. Yeah, Star Wars is fun to play on ps2. I got a game called Battlefront 2 that I'm playing. I'm not playing it all the way through. I'm playing during the Clone Wars era. You can be either side: the Republic's Clones, or the Confederacy of Independant Systems' droid army. They give each side like 500 or so guys a piece and it's just a big war. You can pilot vehicles, several of the ones I've posted about here. And if you're a fan of the original trilogy, ya can play during the Imperial era. There are several different planets which you can battle on. You can fight on the ground or in space above each world. Space is hard for me because you have to fly over to the other army's capital ship and take out their shields, turbolaser batteries, and life support by targeting them. I wish they'd just let you do dogfights.
Wow, so it sounds like you own a very large amount of books. So what books did your dad give you for graduation that have been in your family?
Yeah, I didn't read too much yesterday either. I finished Dreamcatcher, but that was about it. I might read Thinner next. That one's good. Maybe now I'll be able to read more of Pride and Prejudice.

That video game sounds so awesome!! I don't play video games at all, though. The only video game I've played was my old Sega Genesis I've got from someone's yard school when I was 13. It came along with: Mortal Kombat, Aladdin, and Sonic 3. ;>D

The books that were his grad. gift and passed down to me, are:
Hans Christian Andersen's Fairy Tales, Black Beauty, Grimm's Fairy Tales, Gulliver's Travels, Heidi, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Jack and Jill, Robin Hood, The Life and Adventures of Robin Crusoe, and Treasure Island.

Plus, my Dad gave me his Aunt's owned copy of Dee Brown's Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee.

Man, I remember mortal kombat. I own a version of that game called Armegaddon where you can play as pretty much everyone who's ever been in the game series. There are about 65 or so playable characters.
Sounds like some really great reading material you got there. I'm probably going to download Huck Finn from audible.com because I'd like to read that one soon.

I'm sorry that it took me a while to reply back. I was on the phone. ;>D

I've never played anything further than Mortal Kombat, because when I've had Sega Genesis I couldn't find any more games for it. LOLZ! ;>P

Thanks. I know some of the stories plot, because a few were once films that I've seen. That'd be awesome if you download Huck Finn there! We can probably have a book talk or so. Hahaha! ;>]

I'm sorry to cut this short, but I really ought to finish cleaning my messy room. Then I have to get ready to go out for tonight's ritual. So can I talk to you afterwards? ;>D

Sure! I'll be around all evening, so my e-mail will ping at me once you send a comment or something.
Yeah, I'll probably download Huck some time in the next month or two.
The MK games are alot of fun. Especially Mortal Kombat versus DC universe because you're able to have Subzero fighting Superman and all that. That one came out about 2 months ago.
Anyway, talk to you later! I'd have replied sooner, but I was also on the phone. With dad. haha!

Do you use the E-Mail that's on your LiveJournal profile? ;>D

Aw, man! I'd love to play MK vs. DC, then!! ;>]

Heehee! Hope your Dad's good! My friend Melody wanted me to call her, which I did and we talked for a good hour maybe. ;>P

Have a great time during the rest of the afternoon & evening, Bob! ;>D
